Yes, we are accepting new clients.
If you are under the care of another psychiatric provider, would like to transfer, but would like to discuss your treatment plan prior to scheduling, please feel free to schedule an introductory call.
How soon are appointments available?

Do you offer telehealth or in-office appointments?
Virtual and in-office appointments are available.
Virtual appointments are available most weekdays and select weekends, while in-office appointments are available every other Monday.

Do you accept health insurance?
Currently we are accepting Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Chapman Boone, Cigna and Evernorth, GEHA, Golden Rule, Meritain Health, Nippon Life Benefits, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, TriWest, UMR, UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH, US health group
Regrettably, we are not yet contracted with Medicare or Medicaid (AHCCCS) plans, although we are actively pursuing inclusion.
I don't have insurance, do you offer private pay (self-pay)?
Self-pay for Initial visit is $250.
Follow-up visits are $150.
We process all self-pay fees 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to attend, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to the schedule appt.
What are the age groups of your clients?
Our services are tailored exclusively for adults aged 18 and above.
We prioritize meeting the specific needs of this demographic, ensuring a focused and tailored experience for our adult clientele.
Which languages are spoken by the provider?
Our services are available in English and Tagalog.
Perla is fluent in Tagalog, ensuring effective communication and accessibility for our Tagalog-speaking clients, alongside our English-speaking clientele.
Is my visit confidential?
Services are strictly confidential. Exceptions:
you present a danger to yourself,
you pose a danger to someone else,
child/elder abuse
court-order
in an emergency situation
Do you prescribe benzodiazepines?
Benzodiazepines are not recommended for long-term use.
We can develop a plan to transition to safer medications based on symptoms and develop a gradual taper plan.
Do you offer genetic testing for psychotropic medications?
We offer pharmacogenomic testing that provides valuable insights into how your body may respond to certain medications, helping us tailor your treatment plan to your unique genetic makeup. The test is a simple process that involves providing a saliva sample. The results will empower us to make more informed decisions about the medications that are most likely to be effective for you, potentially minimizing side effects and improving your overall well-being. This test can be beneficial for individuals who are struggling to find the right medication or experiencing significant side effects from their current medication regimen.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a “No show” or “Late cancellation” fee of $75 if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Please ensure you cancel on time.
